Here's the straight answer. You're never billed per user. You pick a flat plan instead. Starter (£9.99/mo) covers one person. Pro (£63.99/mo billed annually) covers teams of up to five for one price, whether one of you sends or all five do. "Five" means five sender logins. The people you send documents to never need an account or a seat. More than five senders? Enterprise (£239.99/mo billed annually) is sized to your team. Still one flat price, still no per-seat maths.
Yes. Electronic signatures are legally recognised in the UK under the Electronic Communications Act 2000 and UK eIDAS. Every MySign envelope comes with a sealed audit certificate recording who signed, when, where and how. That's the evidence that matters if a signature is ever challenged.
A few document types still have special rules: deeds that need a witness, some HM Land Registry forms, wills and certain family-law documents. Most day-to-day business paperwork (contracts, engagement letters, offers, tenancy agreements) is fine. We'd rather tell you that plainly than find out you learned it the hard way.
